Free Children’s Meditations
These children's guided meditations were written with the littlest of meditators in mind!
They are short, light and will help build the foundation for mindfulness and overall wellness. They range from simple breathing techniques to relaxing the body and quieting the mind.
When we teach our babies and children these healing techniques from an early age we are teaching them how to care for themselves for the rest of their lives.
I recommend listening to these with your children until they are old enough to listen on their own. Create a comfy, quiet space and just let them listen at first. It make take some time for them to be able to sit still or quietly, they are kids after all! Have fun with this and make part of your daily or weekly routine.
This library will continue to grow so please check back frequently.
